Our store will be open this month; we were notifying our customers of limited service and stock available during that time because most of our staff being on vacation. So yes, service is still available! curls will be available and for sale!

Date: 6/8/2009 to 7/8/2009

Most of our staff will be going on a vacation and we will have limited service and texture in stock. Please prepare for this by ordering early, and asking all questions before you order.

The vacation will be about 4 weeks – We will offer about 4 textures at that time and some services will not be available.

Textures that will be available:

• Virgin curls X^1
• Bellisimo Waves/Curls
• Fresh Relaxed- Indian Origin
• Kinky Kurls – Indian Origin
• Some closures will be available at this time too.

Important notes during this time:

1. Sealing services and custom orders will not be available at this time. If you have any outstanding custom orders, it will be fulfilled before the vacation time.
2. Please understand that we will have limited service and be sure of your order before ordering. We have hired a new staff and they have been instructed to follow store guidelines as its stated on our website, they will not be able to make special exceptions to our policy.
3. Please read and understand the shipping, returns/exchange policy before ordering and paying for your order.
4. If you order and you did not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of payment clearing please contact us immediately.
5. Please track your order once you receive your tracking number, you should receive USPS priority mail within 2-3 days, USPS expedited shipping with 1-2 days. If you do not receive your package within the allocated time, please contact the USPS immediately.
6. Also, we will have limited access to emails; so please allow 24 hours for messages to be answered. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please resend the email- some email addresses are entered wrongly and message replies bounce back.
7. We will only ship to Paypal confirmed address at this time also; if you order and the address on your paypal account is different than your ship to; we will automatically cancel the order and refund your money.
8. There will be no RUSH order, please order well in advance. All orders will be process within 72 hours of payment clearing, no EXCEPTION!
